Re: Curia Session III - 193BC
The award of Agnomen to individuals - whatever their station in life may be - for accomplishments attributable to the diligent work of multiple Roman Magistrates over the period of years is unfounded in our Mother Republic. Never before has it been done and this body has not previously seen fit to so harshly depart from its precedent. However deserving these sitting Consuls are of their respective Triumphs, I am obligated to vote NAY on the amalgamated matter at-hand - as their individual accomplishments do not rise to the established level of our traditions for the award of Agnomen.

Nay. Generals who beat up on uncivilized barbarians with the best troops in the world do not deserve large triumphs and agnomen. Medium triumphs have sufficed for much greater victories. I would suggest my colleagues show some humility instead of trying to grab more glory for themselves.
Starfish, but you could probably already tell from the stupid shit I've written above this signature
