Things will be a little different than on previous games.
1.) Each turn is 6 months of IG time. Estimating 1 turn per RL week.
2.) Retinue can be given orders at any point during the turn, within reason. You do not give orders at the end of the turn to be processed in the changeover.
3.) Retinue can be hired and used immediately, within reason, you cannot hire a bodyguard in the middle of a riot
4.) Once per turn when you are trying to do a task you can ask for a difficulty rating. I will tell you the % odds of success factoring in your retinue or strengths. A 60% means when I roll a D100, a roll of 1-60 will be a success. For a success, the closer the roll is to 1, the bigger the success is. For failures, proximity to 100 will be degree of failure.
