Recruitment costs have been updated and weapons only costs have been removed from the rules and put in your army thread so that each nation can have slightly different costs of base weapons. If anyone sees anything in the rules they think is a little off base, let me know, I may tell you I disagree, but I'd like as many eyes on things as possible, since we have never played with these rules before its hard to say exactly the right numbers to keep things balanced.

Spain needs a second which should be filled first. After that is filled, we will open up Greece and Bulgaria to people who havent joined a team yet. Those two nations can be run by single users if need be.

Great Britain should get a third before other nations get thirds, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
