I realize that I'm joining this party a little late in the game, but are there any naval openings?

It looks like Italy's player will be dropping out. The country is in a good position, but the player has been inactive.

Other than that, there are a handful of nations who could use another player but ill let them speak for themselves.

Hastati has decided to sign up for Italy lead now, so that probably makes Germany the most in need of a naval player now.
